Note

  • No payment will be made to vendors until all monies have been received.

  • All items left on these premises are at the vendors / purchases own risk, Unsold items must be removed within 24 hours after completion of auction OR otherwise a $25 removal fee will apply

  • ALL vendors/ buyers MUST pay for purchases before leaving the auction

  • All vendors must have their items for auction clearly name labelled, no claims can be made to the Auctioneers for incorrect lotting

  • Any reserve prices on lots are to be given to the Auctioneer in writing prior to the commencement of the Auction and

  • Vendors must be present to represent their items or otherwise items will be sold unreserved

  • 18.5% incl. GST and $4.40 administration fee will be deducted from your proceeds.

  • Whilst all care will be taken, selling agents will take no responsibility for any loss or damaged goods prior to, during or after the auction.

  • Agent holds sole agency on all goods offered for 14 days. Any sale made during this time as a result of sale, THE AUCTIONEERS reserve the right to claim the full commission being 18.5% incl. GST, any other selling costs and advertising fees.

  • In the event of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer is the sole arbitrator of the successful bidder or the Auctioneer may decide to put the lot up again. The Auctioneers decision is final.

  • Outside sales / deals are strictly forbidden, all items sold must be processed through the office

  • Vendors warrant clear title on lots for auction. No claims can be directed to the Auctioneers or Ballimore Trust.
